The logo personifies the dept of the bondage of love in the closely knit family of Mr. Xavier & Mrs. Rose Xavier and the abundance of God’s graces showered throughout their life. The stem within the logo signifies the head of the family and their parents- Mr. Xavier and his wife Rose. The Red Rose petals developed in the order of their children with their spouses and grand children symbolizes all their children. The eldest son Tomy is represented by the first Red Rose petal formation which is the biggest one. Accordingly there are ten Red Rose petals symbolizing ten children of Mrs. & Mr. Xavier blessed out of their love. The Red rose flower itself stands to reflect the deepest affection their appachan had to his wife Mrs. Rose, their ammachi. Additionally a small green leaf within the logo symbolizes , one more of their other family member ie Ms. Regina , their father 's sister , who also stays with them The mirror image shown within the logo symbolizes the transparency in their relationships and the fact that the name ‘Xavier’ represents love and appreciation of their children to their Father The care their father demonstrated all through out his life is continued by their children with the same enthusiasm and spirit anchored by the youngest son - of the family Mr. Martin who was bestowed this primary responsibility by his father & has pledged him selves to make sure the spirit continues within the family & people around.
